Carolyn Caniglia

Carolyn has 55 years of business marketing. She engineered four business start-ups, starting with co-owning a construction company, and in a real estate firm. In addition, she opened a woman’s shoe store and in eight years added three more locations. She constructed business plans and marketing strategies for the success of each business.

In a three-year period, Carolyn’s expertise in restructuring businesses has taken one company with a Six Dollar Product from $37,000 a year to just over one million dollars a year. She is the author of the workbook “Seven Steps to the Magic of Marketing.” She also instructed many marketing seminars for businesses and colleges.

Her journey into the public speaker and workshop area has audiences widely respecting her knowledge and ability to understand business struggles. She is an exciting and motivating speaker, an expert at identifying problems and applying innovative solutions.

Carolyn’s many accomplishments in business have given her enlightenment, wisdom, and a wealth of information necessary to train businesses on restructuring for a profit. She is informed and is no stranger to business processes for growing a successful business.

Carolyn was host to a weekly radio talk show “Business Smart, Learning Through the Knowledge of Others.” She also was a delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business.

Carolyn has integrated the Seven Steps to the Magic of Marketing workbook and GoldMine Software to assist companies with their marketing and sales process. She was a reseller of the GoldMine Contact Manager Software for fifteen years.

Her latest accomplishment has taken her marketing background and started a business greeting card company. The company provides businesses with their personalized employee birthday and anniversary cards. Plus, launched
Seniors Who PaintTM original art program for seniors, and Treasures of Your TimesTM,, This program highlights Senior’s treasures to share on greeting cards, and the history of the treasures inserted on the back of the card.

Carolyn was nominated as one of the 70 people over 70- 2018 honorees. 70 outstanding individuals are recognized for inspiring others and building community. A benefit for Shepherd’s Center Central of Kansas City.
